1xbe Account Security You Can Trust

1xbe takes every aspect of member account security seriously. Our platform is equipped with multi-layered protection technology that operates silently in the background, ensuring every login session is secure and authenticated.

Our suspicious activity detection system monitors every login attempt in real time. If a login attempt is detected from an unrecognized device or location, you will receive an immediate notification via email or SMS, allowing you to act quickly if your account is at risk.

256-bit SSL Encryption — All data transmitted between your browser and the 1xbe server is fully encrypted using the highest industry standards.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — An additional security layer that requires an OTP code in addition to your password for every new login.
Trusted Device Detection — The system recognizes devices you regularly use and sends an alert if a login occurs from a new device.
Automatic Session Timeout — Your login session will be automatically ended after a period of inactivity to prevent unauthorized access.
Login Attempt Limit — Your account is temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as protection against brute-force attacks.

Login via the 1xbe Mobile App

Login Issues? Here's How to Fix Them

Having trouble logging in to your 1xbe account? Don't worry — most login issues can be resolved quickly without contacting customer support. Here are solutions to the most commonly reported problems by members:

Forgot password — Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page and follow the instructions to set a new password via the email or SMS registered to your account.
Phone number or email not recognized — Make sure you are using the same details as registered. Try both methods (phone and email) if you are unsure which one was used during registration.
Account temporarily locked — This occurs after several consecutive failed attempts. Wait 15 to 30 minutes before trying again, or use the password reset function.
OTP code not received — Check your email spam folder, or ensure your phone number is still active and has a good signal. You can request a new OTP code after 60 seconds.
Technical error or page not loading — Try clearing your browser cache, use private browsing mode, or try a different browser. You can also try refreshing the page or logging in via the mobile app.

Still experiencing issues? The 1xbe customer support team is available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via live chat accessible directly from the platform. Contact us at [email protected] or use live chat for immediate assistance.

Best Practices for Your Account Security

Your 1xbe account security is a shared responsibility between the platform and you as the account owner. While we do everything possible on the technical side, a few simple steps on your part can significantly strengthen your account security.

Choose a strong password using a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special symbols. Avoid using easily guessable personal information such as your date of birth, family member names, or phone number as your password. Use a unique password for your 1xbe account and never reuse it across other accounts.

Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings. This simple step drastically reduces the risk of unauthorized access even if your password is compromised. Also review your trusted device list regularly and remove any old devices you no longer use.
